Miners ArmsVillage Road
Originally built in 1820's as part of the development of lead mining in the area the pub is now popular with hikers visiting the local nature reserves. The central bar area has a large wood-burning stove and there is a side room which can accommodate groups. The pleasant outside area at the front of the pub is used for the occasional beer and music festivals. The food menu includes daily specials and 'miners mess tin' meals for simpler tastes.
